FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

- Payment in Full – Ask about our 5% courtesy adjustment for payment in full at the start of treatment for procedures over $500. For senior patients, (those 65 or older and with no dental insurance) we offer a 10% courtesy fee reduction (excluding lab cases) for payment at time of service.
- For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept and have applications for Care Credit. Care Credit offers 3, 6, and 12 month interest and finance charge free loans to make it easier to finance your care. Feel free to click on the "Care Credit" link at the bottom of the page for more information.
- Patients Who Have Dental Insurance – We welcome dental insurance. We will be happy to answer all of your questions and call your insurance provider to verify benefits. We will help you get the most from your dental benefits. As a courtesy to you, we are happy to bill your insurance company for you.
- For patients with no dental insurance, we offer Healthy Smile or Healthy Smile+ membership, which is an internal "insurance" plan that will help with your dental expenses. No longer is the lack of dental coverage a reason to not go to the dentist! Please download the documents here, or call our office for more information.

Healthy Smile Plan
No Insurance? No Problem! The Healthy Smile Plan has you covered.
The Healthy Smile Plan is an annual dental benefit provided directly through our office with no insurance companies to deal with, no waiting for reimbursement, and no headaches. This exclusive benefit allows individuals and families the ability to obtain quality dental care in a tough economy. The Healthy Smile Plan offers the economies of group dental care plus the individualized attention of private care. Benefits far exceed those available through commercial dental insurance, as there is no annual maximum on the amount that you can save, no limit to your benefit, no deductibles, no exclusions, no claims to file, no clauses preventing you from obtaining complete, comprehensive dental care, and is the only benefit that can even be used towards cosmetic dentistry.
HOW: The annual membership premium is paid directly to Bellefonte Family Dentistry, and you are established as a plan participant. Afterward, you just need to call and schedule appointments for all participants. It's that simple.
BENEFITS: Benefits begin immediately. All of your preventive care (including cleanings, x-rays and exams) is 100% covered in our office – and you'll also receive valuable member benefits on restorative care, like fillings, crowns and implants… even cosmetic dentistry! There is no limit on the amount you may save on dental treatment.
